Description

The Bruckmüller Brauwirtshaus or also “Brauwirtshaus Zum Bruckmüller” closed its doors on 30.11.2020 after 46 years.

The rustic inn stood for Bavarian hospitality and cosiness, award-winning Upper Palatinate cuisine and culinary traditions. With the oldest beer garden in Amberg, feasting as in the Middle Ages, Bavarian buffets, traditional musician ‘s regulars’ tables and the legendary annual Bock beer festivals during Lent, the Bruckmüller Brauwirtshaus has made a name for itself. Unfortunately, Josef “Sepp” Forster passed away in 2020 and with him the soul of the inn. His warmth and hospitality make him unforgettable.

The Bruckmüller brewery with its more than 500 years of brewing tradition continues to be an integral part of the Amberg beer scene.
