What is a paperless checkin?
You can use the paperless check-in at our hotel. We use tablets for that. These are easy to keep hygienically clean. They are also connected to our booking system. The more information you provided when you made your booking, the less you have to fill out on your tablet when you check in. This will get you to your room quickly. Let the relaxing stay at the hotel begin!
Data collection for paperless check-in
A paperless check-in first retrieves the data of your booking. Then you need to fill in missing data on the tablet. This can be done by touch – pen or with the finger. The data requested refers to the Federal Registration Act in the Bavarian version.
These include:
- Name
- Date of birth
- private address or alternatively different billing address for companies
- Name of the person travelling with you
- Registration number of the car or motorcycle (when parking in our underground car park)
- Reason for visit (due to current world health situation)
- Consent to the privacy policy
- Signature
Since our hotel does not send out newsletters, we do not require an email address for paperless check-in.
