Cancelling a booking made directly with the hotel

If you booked through our own system (website, by phone or by email), you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, which means by 14:00 on the previous day.

Bookings made through booking platforms

If you booked through a booking platform, the terms and cancellation conditions specified there apply. You must cancel directly through that platform.
