How do I use the key fob?

Outside opening hours

After an eventful evening in Amberg, you may return to the hotel a little later. You can open the entrance with the key fob attached to your room key.

Using the key fob

Facing the main entrance, you will see the doorbells on the left. Below them are a three-star sign and a black box. Simply hold the fob against the box. You will hear a signal and the door will open.

If you arrive after opening hours, please ring the hotel’s night bell. Our on-call service will answer through the intercom and come to you shortly.
