Navi-Hinweis Please enter "Batteriegasse 3, 92224 Amberg" as the destination in your GPS. The hotel is located directly across from the Amberg train station. If you are arriving by car, you may park in the parking lot in front of the hotel to unload your luggage.

Info: Autobahn to the Amberg exit, in Amberg to the train station, from there drive into the city, then take the first street on the right – the hotel is on the left after approx. 100 m.

Info: The hotel has its own garage, which is partly covered and locked at night.

Achtung: Due to the old town location, the access to the garage is quite narrow. Caution is advised when entering.

Tipp: Use the nearby underground parking garage at the train station if no spaces are available.

From Amberg, you can reach the major cities of Nuremberg and Regensburg by train in about an hour without changing trains. Bus services are organized through the VGN (Nuremberg Metropolitan Area Transport Association). Numerous regional and city bus lines (including lines 401–408) operate at the ZOB. Schedules are available on the digital display at the ZOB or via the VGN app.

The nearest airport is Nuremberg „Albrecht Dürer" Airport, approximately 58 km west of Amberg. The travel time via the A6 motorway is about 45 minutes.

You can reach the airport by car via the A6 towards Nuremberg in approximately 45 minutes. Alternatively, take the train from Amberg station to Nuremberg Central Station (approx. 1 hour) and from there take the U2 subway line directly to the airport (approx. 12 minutes). If desired, we can gladly arrange a transfer service for you – please speak to us at the reception.
